From now till August 13, Caviar Colony and Sunday Folks collaborate on Singapore's first caviar ice cream, a delectable sweet and savory delight.
The limited special is pre-ordered from Sunday Folks' ION Orchard store in two formats: In a classic cone ($68++), two scoops of caviar ice cream are topped with 5g of Russian Hybrid Caviar, a housemade cheddar cheese chip, a dill sprig, gold leaf, and toasted breadcrumbs
The dessert bowl ($168++) features a scoop of caviar ice cream, cold piped mashed potato “strings”, two cheddar cheese chips, a dab of mascarpone cream, dill, gold leaf, and a 10g tin of Russian Hybrid caviar for extra indulgence.
Cultural borders blur at the PATH and Eat and Cook cooperation, which celebrates two countries' National Days. Chef Marvas Ng of Singapore and Chefs Lee and Yongzhi of Malaysia will cook at each other's kitchens in a series of collaborative events
starting with dinners at PATH in Singapore on 7 and 8 August and lunch and supper at Eat and Cook in Kuala Lumpur on 31 August and 1 September.
The cooperation menus will highlight the chefs' favorite dishes and their nations' culinary traditions, regional cooking styles, and ingredients.
