Dak's Reaction to Zeke's Signing

movie "The Blind Side," strongly rebuked Oher's claim in a Tennessee court that the family had lied to him and profited from his life story.  

Oher, who lived with Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy as a budding football star, claimed in his petition that the family never adopted him.

 Oher claims the Tuohys had him sign conservatorship paperwork, which they utilized to make millions when "The Blind Side" became a smash.

“The outlandish claims made by Michael Oher about the Tuohy family are hurtful and absurd,”

 Singer said the family is worth hundreds of millions and that they would conspire to withhold "a few thousand dollars" from anyone "defies belief." 

“The idea that the Tuohys have ever sought to profit off Mr. Oher is not only offensive, it is transparently ridiculous,” Singer added.

Singer claimed that Oher "threatened them, including saying that he would plant a negative story about them in the press unless they paid him $15 million" 

"shakedowns."  Singer's TMZ statement didn't deny Oher's conservatorship.
