ESPN NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski on August 4, citing Anthony Davis' agent Rich Paul of Klutch Sports, the Los Angeles .
According to Wojnarowski, Davis will receive the highest average annual pay for an NBA contract extension with a figure of $62 million.
Davis, who will be 30 years old in the 2024–25 season, had another two years and almost $84 million committed to him through that season.
He is currently under contract through the 2027–28 season.
