A source tells Page Six exclusively that Britney Spears has hired celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser to represent her after her split from Sam Asghari.
Wednesday, a source stated that the pop star hired the renowned attorney as her divorce from the Iranian-born actor is sure to get ugly in court.
A source told Page Six exclusively on Wednesday that Asghari, 29, wants to modify his prenuptial agreement with Spears, 41.
Spears hired Wasser, 55, in 2008 to fight her ex-husband Kevin Federline for custody of their two sons, Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, respectively.
At the time, a judge ordered Spears to pay Federline, 45, $20,000 monthly child support.
Wasser told reporters, “Britney is doing great,” about her superstar client's ruling. She's with her kids.”

Wasser believes that everyone, not just celebrities, should get their finances in order before marrying.In January 2020, she stated, "Every couple, regardless of wealth, should have a prenuptial agreement."
