After signing a new deal, Zack Martin will return to training camp soon. The All-Pro guard had a simple message for Cowboys fandom after signing his new deal with Jerry Jones.
The notion of a season without the six-time All-Pro and eight-time Pro Bowl guard was unsettling for Cowboys players, fans, and management.
Martin held out during Cowboys training camp, earning $13.5 million this year and $14 million next year.
That contract made Martin the 10th-highest-paid guard in the league and slipping.

Martin would be the third-highest-paid true guard behind Atlanta Falcons Chris Lindstrom ($20.5 million) and Indianapolis Colts Quenton Nelson ($20 million).
Since the 2014 NFL Draft, Martin has been a Dallas fixture.
He started all 16 games in his rookie season and finished second in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting, behind Odell Beckham Jr.
